MCOM600FIT is A Microcontroller Based Flow Rate, Totalizer Indicator With A 16 x 2 LCD Display. Display 1 "Line Shows The Totalizer And Display 2" Line Shows Flow Rate. The Process Flow Rate Can Be Show Or Calculated As Per Requirement In M3/Hr, Ltr/Min, Ltr/Sec Etc.
The Process Flow sensor Will Provide 4 To 20 mA Input To The Flow Rate Indicator. The Display Will Indicate The Flow Rate As Per Selectable Range Value.
If The Lower Range Set To 0000 And Higher Range Set To 99999, Then At 4mA Input Display Shows 0000 And At 20mA Input Display Shows 99999 Selected Higher Range.
In Total Flow Point Is Fixed 7 Digits.

I] Press K2 Key For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times) To Change
II] LPS, LPH, M3 / Hrs, Kg/ Hrs
III] Use K2 / K3 Key To Select Unit
IV] Use K4 To Save Selected Units
V] Flow Rate Line Will Indicate LPS Or LPH Or M3 ?/ Hrs Or Kg/ Hrs.
2. Set Flow Decimal
I] Press K2 Key For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times) Again Press K4 To Set Flow Decimal.
II] User K2/K3 Key To Select Flow Decimal.
III] Use K4 To Save Selected Flow Decimal.
3. Set Low Range
I] Press K2 For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Two Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Set Low Range.
IV] Press K1 Key To Shift Editing Digit And K2/K3 Key To Change Editing Digits Value.
V] Maximum Value Of Low Range Selection Will Be < Higher Range.
4. Set High Range
I] Press K2 For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Two Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Set Low Range.
IV] Press K1 Key To Shift Editing Digit And K2/K3 Key To Change Editing Digits Value.
V] Display Will Indicate High Range Up to 9999.
VI] Maximum Value Of Flow Range Selection Will Be 9999 M3 ?/ Hrs.
5. Set Scale Factor
I] Press K2 Key For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Four Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Set Scale Factor.
IV] Press K1 Key To Shift Editing Digit And K2/K3 Key To Change Editing Digits Value.
V] Range Of Scale Factor Varies Between 0.01 To 2.99.
6. Set Hysteresis
I] Press K2 Key For 3sec And Enter Password ( Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Five Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Set Hysteresis.
IV] Press K1 Key To Key To Shift Editing Digit And K2/K3 Key To Change Value.
V] Range Of Hysteresis Varies Between 001 To 99.9 Hysteresis Only Applies In Batching Function.
7. Set Batch 1 Count
I] Press K2 For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Six Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Set Batch 1.
IV] Press K1 Key To Shift Editing Digit And K2/K3 Key To Change Editing Digits Value.
V] Display Will Indicate Batch 1 Count Up To 9999999.999.
VI] Press K4 To Save Batch 1 Count. Pulse On LED 1 And Relay 1 Indicates Batch Has Completed And Current Batch Count 1 Will Get Increment By 1 And Batch Comparison Will Proceed For Next Batch According To Unit And Decimal Point Set By User And Flow Rate.
To Reset Relay Press K3 For 2sec.
Then Next Batching Operation Will Start.
8. Baud Rate
I] Press K2 For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Seven Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Baud Rate.
IV] USE K2/K3 Key To Select The Parameter 2400/9600/19200.
V] Flow Rate Line Will Indicate Baud Rate 2400 Or 9600 Or 19200 That Is Used For 485 Communication.
9. Slave Id
I] Press K2 Key For 3sec And Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times0.
II] Press K4 Key Eight Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Slave Id.
IV] Press SW 1 Key To Shift Editing Digit And K2/K3 Key To Change Editing Digits Value.
V] Slave Id Can Be Selected In range 1 To 249 Which Is Used As Device Id For 485 Communication To Transfer Running Data Of Current Device To Remote To Remote Host.
10. Parity
I] Press K2 Key For 3sec Enter Password (Press K3 Three Times).
II] Press K4 Key Nine Times.
III] Display Will Indicate Parity Bit.
IV] Use K2/K3 Key To select The Parameter NONE / EVEN / ODD.
V] Use K4 To Save Selected Parity Bit.
VI] Flow Rate Line Will Indicate Parity Bit NONE Or EVEN That Is Used For 485 Communication.
